Direction for use: Add 20 mL of Sterile Water for injection into the vial containing 1 g of Meropenem. The vial should be shaken until dissolution occurs and allowed to stand until the solution is clear.

Storage instruction: Store at temperatures not exceeding 30°C. Protect from light.
Stability after reconstitution (suspension & parenteral): The reconstituted solution should be used immediately
